When do I take it?
One scoop (11.5g) in 250ml of water, 30 to 45 minutes before bed, on an empty stomach.
Has the flavour changed?
No. Grape and Orange Mango are the same as before. The new formula adds magnesium glycinate, zinc glycinate, glycine and taurine.
Can I drive after taking it?
No. Neon Dreams contains valerian, which may cause drowsiness. Don't drive or operate machinery after taking it.
Is it suitable for everyone?
It's for adults 18 and over. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside antidepressants or other medication affecting serotonin. If you take any medication, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
