4. Advertising and tracking technologies

We use advertising platforms to measure campaign performance and show relevant ads.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram Ads)

We use Meta Pixel and related tools provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Meta may collect page views, product views, cart events, checkout events, purchases, search terms, device and browser information, IP address, and click identifiers.

We may share limited customer information (such as name, email, address and purchase value) in hashed format for conversion tracking, custom audience creation, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and fraud prevention.

Meta may act as an independent data controller for certain processing activities. Meta Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

Google Ads and Google Analytics

We use Google Ads, Google Analytics and Enhanced Conversions. Google may collect website behaviour data, cart and checkout events, purchase data, GCLID, device information, and IP address.

Hashed customer data (such as email address) may be shared for Enhanced Conversions. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Shopify Audiences

We use Shopify Audiences to display relevant advertising to potential customers across Shopify's network. Limited customer purchase data may be securely shared within Shopify's advertising ecosystem.

We use Klaviyo to send marketing emails. When you subscribe to our email list, we collect your name, email address, purchase behaviour, and website interaction data.

Emails are sent only where you have provided explicit consent, or where you are an existing customer and the marketing relates to similar products (soft opt-in under PECR).

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. Klaviyo acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement.

6. SMS marketing

If you opt in to SMS marketing, we collect your phone number, name (where provided), purchase history, and interaction data.

SMS messages are sent only with explicit opt-in consent. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We do not send SMS marketing without prior consent. Message frequency may vary and standard carrier charges may apply.

Card payments are processed by Revolut. We also offer Clearpay as a payment option at checkout.

Where you choose to pay using Clearpay, your personal data is shared with Clearpay Finance Limited in order to process your application and administer your credit agreement. Clearpay acts as an independent data controller in relation to that data and processes it under its own privacy policy, including for creditworthiness and affordability assessment, fraud prevention, and reporting to credit reference agencies where applicable.

We do not receive or store your full card details.

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Alpha Neon uses cookies and similar technologies on alphaneontm.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy above.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device and store certain information about your preferences or past actions.

We also use similar technologies including pixels, web beacons, tags, local storage, and tracking identifiers. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies to make our website function properly, remember your preferences, process purchases, prevent fraud, analyse website performance, measure advertising effectiveness, deliver personalised advertising, and track affiliate referrals.

Some cookies are essential and cannot be disabled. Others require your consent.

3. Types of cookies we use

A. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the operation of our website. They enable secure checkout, shopping cart functionality, account login, payment processing, fraud detection, and cookie preference storage.

These cookies do not require consent under UK law. Examples include Shopify cookies such as _secure_session_id, cart, checkout_token and _tracking_consent.

B. Analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website, collecting information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, traffic sources, device type, browser type, and geographic region.

We use Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics. These cookies are only set after you provide consent.

You can opt out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

C. Advertising and marketing cookies

These cookies track browsing activity to show personalised advertisements, measure ad campaign performance, create custom audiences, enable retargeting, and improve marketing efficiency.

We use Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Google Enhanced Conversions, and Shopify Audiences. They may collect page views, product views, cart activity, checkout activity, purchase events, search terms, click IDs, device information, and IP address.

Advertising cookies are only activated after consent. You can manage ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads and https://adssettings.google.com

D. Email and SMS tracking cookies

If you subscribe to marketing communications, we may use tracking technologies through Klaviyo to measure email opens, link clicks, and website activity after email interaction. This helps us improve our marketing communications.

E. Affiliate tracking cookies

If you arrive at our site via an affiliate link, we may place a referral cookie to track the referral source, attribute commission, and prevent fraud. These cookies typically expire after a set period.

4. Legal basis for using cookies

Under UK law, strictly necessary cookies are processed under legitimate interests, and analytics and advertising cookies are processed based on your consent.

We implement Shopify Customer Privacy controls, Google Consent Mode v2, and Meta consent signals. You can withdraw consent at any time via our cookie management tool.

5. How long cookies are stored

Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain until expiry or deletion). Retention periods vary from 30 minutes to 2 years depending on the cookie.

6. Managing cookies

You can control cookies using our on-site cookie consent tool, by adjusting your browser settings, or by using opt-out tools provided by advertising networks. Please note that disabling certain cookies may impact website functionality.

7. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties acting as independent data controllers, including Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, Google Ireland Ltd, Shopify Inc. and Klaviyo. We encourage you to review their privacy policies for further details.

8. International data transfers

Some cookie data may be processed outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are used.
