By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including all additional terms, conditions and policies referenced here — our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products to you.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Online store terms

By using this site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age; and
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Products — supplements & fitness goods

Our products include food supplements, apparel and related goods.

Food supplements:

• Are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
• Should not be taken in excess of the recommended daily dosage.
• May not be suitable for individuals with medical conditions, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

You are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for your personal use. If you are taking prescribed medication, have a medical condition, or have any concerns, please speak to your GP or a pharmacist before use.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales by geographic region. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Accuracy of information

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing and information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, and cancel orders where pricing or product information is incorrect.

Where required by UK consumer law, we will notify you and provide appropriate remedies.

4. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is out of stock, we have identified a pricing error, or we are unable to authorise your payment — we will contact you and will not charge you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our reasonable discretion, and to limit quantities purchased per person, household or order. Orders may be screened for fraud prevention purposes.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept debit and credit cards, processed securely by our payment provider Revolut, and Clearpay. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

If a product's correct price is materially different from the price shown at the time you ordered, we will contact you before dispatching to ask whether you wish to proceed or cancel.

6. Buy now, pay later (Clearpay)

We offer Clearpay as a payment option at checkout, subject to eligibility. Clearpay is provided by Clearpay Finance Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 05198026), which is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in relation to deferred payment credit.

Important points to understand:

• If you choose Clearpay, you enter into a credit agreement with Clearpay, not with Alpha Neon. Alpha Neon is not a lender and does not provide credit, credit broking advice, or financial advice.
• Clearpay decides whether to approve your application, including carrying out affordability and eligibility checks. We have no involvement in, and no visibility of, that decision.
• The terms of your credit agreement — including payment dates, any fees or charges for missed payments, and how your information is used — are set by Clearpay and provided to you by Clearpay before you commit.
• Missing payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future and may be reported to credit reference agencies. Please refer to Clearpay's own terms for full details.
• Buy Now, Pay Later of this kind ("Deferred Payment Credit") has been regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority since 15 July 2026. This means you benefit from protections including the ability to complain to Clearpay and, if unresolved, to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Where you have paid using Clearpay and are entitled to a refund, we will process the refund to Clearpay, who will adjust your payment schedule or refund you directly in accordance with their terms.

Any complaint about your credit agreement, your payment schedule, or Clearpay's decisions should be directed to Clearpay. Complaints about the products you have bought, or about our service, should come to us.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are fulfilled using Parcelforce services booked through Royal Mail Click & Drop, and other courier partners where necessary, including for non-mainland UK and international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Where you are shopping from outside the UK, import taxes and customs duties may apply. How these are calculated and collected varies by destination, and full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to certain exceptions including sealed food supplements which have been unsealed.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Account information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

10. Third-party tools and links

We may provide access to third-party tools and websites. We are not responsible for their content, their policies, or any transactions conducted on third-party platforms.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. User content and submissions

If you submit comments, reviews, or content to us:

• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and distribute such content.
• You confirm that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
• You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, abusive or harmful material.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

12. Affiliate programme

If you participate in our affiliate programme:

• You agree to comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
• You must not make false or misleading claims about our products, including any claim that our products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Commission payments are subject to fraud prevention checks.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at our discretion.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, product names, branding, images and text, is the property of Alpha Neon Ltd or its licensors.

You may not reproduce or exploit any content without written permission.

14. Prohibited uses

15. Disclaimer of warranties

This does not affect the statutory guarantees that apply to the products themselves, which are set out in section 16 and in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

16. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
• Breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law

Subject to the above, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We supply products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial or business purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

17. Indemnity

If you use this website or our products in the course of a business, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Neon Ltd from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of products, or your violation of applicable laws.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if you breach these Terms.

Obligations incurred prior to termination survive termination.

19. Severability

If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

21. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or in how we operate.

The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. We will not apply changes retrospectively to orders already placed.

22. Age restriction

Our products are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect it has been placed by or for a person under 18.

23. Product images, AI-generated content and product representations

Alpha Neon may use AI-generated images, digital renderings, product mockups, or enhanced graphics on this website for marketing, illustrative, or conceptual purposes.

These images are intended to provide a visual representation of the product or brand concept and may not always represent the exact appearance of the final physical product delivered.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, all product images should be considered illustrative only.

Actual products may vary from website imagery in ways including, but not limited to:

• Product colour, shade, texture, or finish
• Supplement powder colour or appearance
• Packaging design, tub style, label artwork, or lid colour
• Scoop size, fill levels, or packaging components

Alpha Neon reserves the right to update product design, packaging, labelling, apparel production, or visual branding elements without prior notice, provided such updates comply with applicable regulations.

Minor visual differences between website imagery and the final delivered product will not be considered a product defect where the product remains functionally and materially the same and matches its written description. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is not as described.
