Delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

4. Customs & Refused Shipments
If an international order is:

We will refund the order value minus the original shipping cost and any return charges incurred.
If a parcel is destroyed or seized by customs due to non-payment of duties or regulatory restrictions, we are unable to issue a refund for the goods or shipping.
We accept no responsibility for customs delays, charges, seizure, or destruction of goods by customs authorities.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
