super4 Pancakes
Ingredients
- 100g 0% Greek Yogurt
- 50g Super4 Protein
- 25g Plain Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Method
- Mix the protein, flour and baking powder together making sure they are very well combined.
- Mix the greek yogurt into dry ingredients.
- Heat a pan with a small amount of olive oil spray or butter on a very low temperature.
- Spoon into pan to create three pancakes
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, while checking they are not burning or sticking.
