Payment / Security checks
All payments are taken by PAYPAL for your security and convenience. We take your security very seriously. We do not hold or store your payment details. All transaction information passed between ALPHA NEON and PAYPAL is encrypted using the latest 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent back from PAYPAL. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing we pass to the PAYPAL servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Delivery
We use a courier to deliver your order in the quickest time possible. all orders will be posted same day or the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday. Once your order has been processed in our systems a tracking number will be generated for your parcel. All deliveries need to be signed for. If no one is in when the courier attempts delivery a calling card will be left. To re-arrange delivery, call the number on the card along with your tracking number and arrange a convenient time for the courier to return. If the order is not collected within th coureiers specified time your order will be returned to us and you may be liable for redelivery charges or if subsequently cancelled, our normal cancellation terms.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. However due to the nature of our rapid delivery times, this may not be possible. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. A full refund for the value of the products returned will be made to your payment method within 14 days of receipt of your return. You are responsible for the cost of the returns. We will not refund your order P&P charge.
Damages / missing items
Any damaged or missing items must be reported to ALPHA NEON within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any claims after this will not be upheld. Damaged items will need to be photographed and emailed to ALPHA NEON LTD as proof of damage. At our desecration we will may refund or replace or, if deemed unlawfully damaged, refuse altogether.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return any part or the whole of your order, please contact us via telephone or email to arrange courier collection. Our terms are as set out in the Returns Policy information.
Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

- Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. - Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmarkand Finland.
- Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
- Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
