How do I take it?
Mix one 10g scoop with 200ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. Start with half a scoop (5g) to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
When should I avoid taking it?
To avoid sleeplessness, don't take it within 4–6 hours of bed.
